Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE RECORDING KING HAT. By clicking on the “agree” button, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions you must click on the “disagree” button. You cannot receive a free Recording King hat if you do not agree to the terms. 1. General. This agreement is a contract between The Music Link corporation (“TML”) and you. TML agrees to send you a free Recording King hat if the following conditions are met. You have agreed to the terms and conditions, you have filled out the electronic form, completely, with accurate information. You have supplied TML with a high resolution (2MP or more) photo in JPEG or TIF format. The photo depicts you with your Recording King Guitar or Banjo. 2. Copyright and Model Release. You agree that by supplying TML with a photo, that you assign all rights to the photo to TML. Furthermore, you agree that no person or entity, can claim any copyrights to said photo. You understand and permit TML to use the photo with other images, text, and graphics. The photo may be cropped, altered, or modified. You also agree that you have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting, and will make no further claim with TML. You agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and is binding to your heirs and assigns. 3. Getting the Hat. TML agrees to send the qualified applicants a Recording King hat. The hat will be mailed through the USPS, with the cost of postage prepaid. TML is not responsible for the condition of the hat after it has been mailed. You can expect to receive your hat within 2-6 weeks after submitting your photo.
